Safer L.A.: What you need to know
On March 19, Mayor Eric Garcetti issued the "Safer at Home" Emergency Order, calling on Angelenos to stay in their residences and limit all activities outside their homes beyond what was absolutely necessary for essential tasks. On June 1, that order was replaced by the “Safer L.A.” Emergency Order. You can read more about the roadmap guiding the City’s COVID-19 response here.
The spread of COVID-19 in Los Angeles is currently at Threat Level Orange.
